I just had a gruelling conversation with Citibank, trying to track down some money that I transferred. My request doesn’t seem to fit any of the standard options on any of the menus and I dont have a card or account number to type in either. I kept coming up against blank walls.

Last week I rode my bike from Norwich to Lowestoft to work visit my brother’s family. While I was there I made them a web site for their guesthouose. On the way back I saw this lovely house in Somerleyton.

Have you seen the TV ads for Christian Aid week? If you haven’t you can see them on the Christian Aid web site. There’s also a cartoon version on the Chritian Aid Week site. It’s the TV ads that really gets my goat.

On the train from Norwich to London, the guy sitting opposite me rummaged in his rucsack and pulled out a black, heavy, nylon bag with straps and buckles and zips. He unstrapped, unbuckled and unzipped it and removed a small silver machine.
